I ordered from Slate & Stone, and from what I remember, the whole process was straightforward. The site was easy enough to browse, checkout was quick, and the confirmation email showed up right away. I don’t recall running into any confusing steps or weird issues, so overall it was a smooth experience. I’d use them again...

I did get my refund in the end, so that part was fine. It just took a few days longer than what they originally told me. Support did reply and was polite enough, but the responses were a bit slow. Personally, I expect refunds and updates to be handled a little more promptly, so it was a decent experience but not quite up to my usual standard

I really like the clean design overall, it looks good without feeling like it’s trying too hard. I do have mixed feelings, though, because while the style is definitely appealing, I kind of wish there was just a little more personality to it

I ordered a jacket and ended up needing a different size. I don’t know why, but I expected the exchange to be a little more straightforward than it was. It did get sorted out, but I had to send a few more emails than I thought I would, and the updates were slow. Everyone I dealt with was polite, and I did get the right jacket in the end, so it worked out. Just wasn’t the smoothest return/exchange process.

I really liked how it looked at first, but after just a few months it started chipping a bit. It’s still usable, so I’m not totally disappointed, but I expected it to hold up better. I also tried reaching out about it and got transferred around, which was annoying and didn’t really help.

well... my tiles showed up exactly when they said they would, which was a nice surprise. I didn’t have to chase anyone or follow up, and the whole thing went smoothly. Happy with it overall.

I ordered from slateandstone.com and, the shipping seemed faster than I was expecting. I got the tracking info the next day, which was nice, though I wasn’t watching it super closely the whole time.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the courier updates looked a little delayed, and it seemed like the box sat somewhere for about a day. I can’t say for sure what happened there, but it still showed up quickly overall, so I don’t really have much to complain about.

I don’t really get why anyone would complain about these tiles, honestly. The stone feels really solid, and once they were in my kitchen, they looked great. I’m happy with the quality.

I ordered a shirt from Slate & Stone and overall I’m happy with it. I normally wear a medium, but after looking at the size chart I went with a large, which was probably the right call since it does seem to run a little slim. The quality feels good and it looks pretty much like the photos. I took off one star because the sizing is a bit tricky, but otherwise it worked out well.

I wasn’t really expecting much when I bought it, mostly because the price was reasonable. But once I started using it, I was surprised by the quality. It felt like one of those purchases where you pause and think, “Okay, that was actually a good deal.” For what I paid, it definitely delivered, and I’d happily buy it again.

I reached out to Slate and Stone with a question about my order. They did get back to me, but it took a couple days. Had to follow up once too, which was a little frustrating.
Once someone replied, they were polite and did help get it sorted. So, not a terrible experience. Just not amazing either. Seems like they could be quicker with messages.

The shirt looks good on, and the fabric is soft enough at first. I wore it for most of the day though, and it started feeling kind of thin to me, which I guess somehow made it less comfy? It’s not a bad shirt or anything, I just thought it would feel a little nicer than it did.

I ordered from Slate & Stone the packaging made a good first impression. It wasn’t anything over-the-top, but it looked clean, neat, and like someone actually cared when packing it. The items were wrapped well too, not just tossed in there like an afterthought.

I’m only giving 4 stars because the outer box had a little dent on one corner, and I’m blaming whoever handled it along the way for that one. Thankfully everything inside was totally fine, so overall I was happy with it and would say the presentation felt solid...
